Valaora opened its doors in April 2020, at the poolside of Anthemion Suites & Villas in Nafplio. Dimitris Paliouras, Head Chef of Valaora, after having worked in various high end restaurants around Greece, returned to the city he has been raised, to introduce a new dining experience in Nafplio.
Together with his mentor, Executive Chef, Kostas Terzoudis, they are sharing their love for greek gastronomy through a series of new dishes dedicated to the art of Mediterranean cuisine. They are mixing high quality raw materials of the Argolis region with exquisite cooking techniques in a unique location surrounded by olive groves.
